• Once your order has left our facility, La Jolla Tortillas is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or seizures.

• If customs returns your order to us, you may be eligible for a product refund once the items are received, but shipping fees will not be refunded.

• All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We are not liable for international packages that are lost, stolen, or seized by customs. If this happens, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier.
